We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical Recruiting).
This role will include extensive initial training and offers a career ladder for those interested in developing into new roles. Responsibilities: -Develop techniques to recruit and maintain a network of Technology professionals. -Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions. -Prepare candidates for interviews. -Negotiate and present offers for employment. -Work in tandem with Sales team to understand our client's hiring needs. -Manage workforce of Consultants throughout their assignments. Requirements: -Effective verbal and written communication skills. -Computer/Social Media skills required. -Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused.
