United Delcot Water Limited is looking for Engineer - MEPKey PointsKnowledge of Electrical Power Distribution, LV, Fire Detection & Protection, HVAC Systems.Experience in Testing and Commissioning of MEP systems.Knowledge of Codes: BNBC 2020, NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, and relevant local regulations.Job Description / ResponsibilityKey Responsibilities:Supervise all MEP installation works including Electrical (Power, Lighting, LV Systems), Fire Detection & Protection, and HVAC systems.Ensure installation is done as per approved shop drawings, design intent, technical specifications, and international standards.Conduct daily inspections and ensure that installation activities are aligned with project progress schedules.Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure smooth MEP integration within the overall construction process.Communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and vendors to resolve site issues promptly.Conduct regular MEP coordination meetings with subcontractors to monitor progress and address technical challenges.Check and review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings for compliance with specifications.Ensure all MEP installations adhere to BNBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, and other applicable standards.Conduct testing and commissioning of all MEP systems and ensure documentation of results.Ensure that all MEP site works are executed safely and comply with company EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports of MEP works.Maintain accurate records of drawings, inspection requests, non-conformance reports, and material deliveries.Support the project team in final handover documentation and as-built drawings preparation.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical EngineeringSkills Required: HVAC or MEP fieldExperience Requirements7 to 11 year(s)
