Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structural projects. Develop and review structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced engineering software Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and monitor construction progress Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Identify and resolve structural engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and supervision Strong understanding of international and local building codes and standards Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 and STAAD.Pro Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia Professional engineering license or equivalent certification is a plus Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
