We are seeking a skilled and responsible engineer who can work in a factory environment, oversee production and electrical systems, and ensure smooth operations.Location: Factory (Narayanganj)Role Summary: As a Chemical & EEE Engineer you will be responsible for both chemical process oversight and electrical/electronic systems in the factory. You will monitor production processes, maintain electrical machinery and equipment, ensure safety and efficiency, and support continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control chemical processes, raw materials, and quality in production lines.Oversee maintenance and operation of electrical equipment, motors, control panels, wiring, automation (where applicable).Analyze process and electrical performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.Ensure safety compliance: chemical safety, electrical safety, factory regulations.Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality assurance teams to ensure uptime and efficiency.Prepare reports on production performance, electrical system status, process deviations, improvement proposals.Assist in installation or commissioning of new equipment or process lines.Perform inspections, preventive maintenance schedules for electrical machinery and chemical process equipment.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic EngineeringDiploma in Engineering in Chemical EngineeringDiploma in ElectronicsBachelor Of Science (B.Sc.) In Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)Diploma In Chemical Engineering & Electronic EngineeringExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal CareAdditional Requirements2-5 years of experience in a factory environment (chemical processing or electrical/mechanical maintenance).Good knowledge of chemical processes (if chemical side) and electrical/electronic systems (if EEE side).Ability to read and interpret process diagrams, electrical schematics, wiring layouts.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, reliability.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.Willingness to work in a factory setting and adhere to safety protocols.Job LocationNarayanganjSalaryTk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
