This role is integral to Elevate Engineering’s mission to provide sustainable, ethical engineering solutions.ResponsibilitiesAssist in geotechnical and civil engineering projects under the supervision of a licensed engineer.Support marketing initiatives, including proposal development and client outreach.Contribute to operational planning and process improvement.Conduct research on emerging technologies and AI applications in engineering.Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering; Engineer-in-Training designation required.Business Skills: MBA or coursework in marketing, operations, or business management preferred.Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with engineering software.Additional Assets: Experience in research and AI applications.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
