As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to building a prosperous future for all.Apply Now and Be Part of Our Journey to Inspire Sustainable Lives in Every Home!What awaits you in this role?We are looking for a passionate Engineer – Maintenance who will work for Refrigerator Product Directorate.Managing the workshop and personnel of assigned area/process,Leading predictive maintenance reporting in responsibility area,Evaluation and implementation of new predictive or preventive maintenance techniques,Conducting or supervising planned, periodic and predictive maintenance activities,Offering remote or on-site support to technicians during significant malfunctions,Ensuring maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental standards and regulations,Managing necessary spare parts and maintenance consumables with puchasing&stocking responsible,Ensuring assigned activities are completed based on quality, safety and regulatory auditions,Keeping track of KPI's (MTTR/Malfunction Frequency/Unit energy consumptions etc.) in responsibility areas.Managing the training of the workshop personnel personally or with internal/external resources.The position is located in Eskişehir.How do we describe the perfect match?Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 1 years experience in plant maintenance,Experience in at least one of these fields is a must: hydraulics, pneumatic systems and complex mechanisms,Experience in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS),Knowledge on auxiliary facilities maintenance activities including chemical&Gas storages and construction&piping repairs,Adequate knowledge of MS Office applications,Thinking broadly about business,Understanding needs of the market & customer,Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,Flexible and open to new perspectives,A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.We are an equal opportunity employer.
