Yard Engineer - Yard DepartmentGeneralReview mobilization plans to clarify and understand relevant contract requirementsCompile project documentation, including scope of work, drawings, and engineering documents for approval and issuanceCoordinate project activities with the Engineering department, clients, and sub-contractors as requiredPrepare and issue work packages for various activitiesEnsure the work is executed in compliance with approved project documents and as per the allocated budget and time frameControl and optimize the utilization of materials and resources within the area of responsibilityOversee equipment and personnel availability to ensure smooth project executionCoordinate work activities, assign tasks, and establish communication channelsJob PurposePlan, coordinate and monitor different phases of activities related to pipe coating, such as receiving of coating material, bare pipes, stacking/unstacking of bare & coated pipes, load out of coatedd pipes, anode installation, fabrication of spools, etc. Responsible for a few functions on small-sized projects or for a single function on medium-sized projectsManage the coating plant activities, resources and execution of the coating workSupervisesJunior Engineer, Supervisor & Foremen Pipe Coating inside the coating plants (and outside when needed)Educational Qualification & Experience :- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a related discipline or equivalentMinimum 06 years' experience in Oil & Gas industryCompetencies Excellent written and spoken English language skillsGood report writing skillsGood negotiation skillsExcellent communication skillsSupervisory potentialCommitted team player
