Job Description

Qualifications:Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ)Minimum 1 year of experience in a related fieldGood understanding of OSI Layer and Packet SwitchingKnowledge of Router & Switch (preferably Mikrotik and Cisco)Knowledge of Access Point (preferably Ruijie, Aruba, Cisco)Willing to work on a shift schedule or standby on call 24x7Willing to be placed at client site in Central JakartaJob Description:Monitor and maintain network systems, including troubleshooting and escalationConfigure and install networking devices (Router, Switch, Access Point)Handle connectivity issues and ensure network performance and uptimeCoordinate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues
