Engineer on Site (Project-Based)

Job descriptionRole DescriptionThis is a project-based, on-site role for an Onsite Engineer, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Onsite Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This role will also involve collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and delivering timely and effective solutions.Qualifications1. Diploma/Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, and related major.2. In-depth knowledge of server hardware, software, and OS (Windows and Linux) Is a Must3. Hands-on experience in VMware & ESX administration and knowledge in Linux server administration Is a Must4. Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, and LAN Technology, including switching and routing.5. Familiar with OpenShift6. Competent at documenting standard/application operating procedures7. Able to work with a team8. Have the ability to communicate and adapt to new people9. Willing to be located at the end-user site10. At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
