Your mission is to implement Lean and Six Sigma strategies, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business and operational results.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy Operations Excellence initiatives: Support and implement OE strategies, monitor progress, and report results to ensure alignment with business priorities.Apply Lean & Six Sigma principles: Lead assigned projects, coach team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and mentoring.Drive problem-solving efforts: Identify barriers, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure successful project execution.Track and report performance: Maintain accurate project status updates using established tracking systems and participate in management reviews.Mentor Green Belts: Provide guidance and share expertise to ensure successful completion of improvement projects.Ensure compliance: Uphold standards in 5S, Kaizen, EHS, RBA, social responsibility, and asset protection.Support quality systems: Contribute to TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S initiatives by following company policies and procedures.Scope & ImpactLead 2–3 Belt projects annually with measurable savings and quality improvements.Projects will impact plant-wide operations and require creative problem-solving and analytical skills.QualificationsEducation:Required: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.Experience:Required: 5+ years in a technical or business role with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
