Molex creates connections for life by providing technologies that transform the future and improve lives.Role OverviewAs an Operations Excellence Engineer, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Your mission is to implement Lean and Six Sigma strategies, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business and operational results.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy Operations Excellence initiatives: Support and implement OE strategies, monitor progress, and report results to ensure alignment with business priorities.Apply Lean & Six Sigma principles: Lead assigned projects, coach team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through training and mentoring.Drive problem-solving efforts: Identify barriers, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure successful project execution.Track and report performance: Maintain accurate project status updates using established tracking systems and participate in management reviews.Mentor Green Belts: Provide guidance and share expertise to ensure successful completion of improvement projects.Ensure compliance: Uphold standards in 5S, Kaizen, EHS, RBA, social responsibility, and asset protection.Support quality systems: Contribute to TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S initiatives by following company policies and procedures.Scope & ImpactLead 2–3 Belt projects annually with measurable savings and quality improvements.Projects will impact plant-wide operations and require creative problem-solving and analytical skills.QualificationsEducation:Required: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.Experience:Required: 5+ years in a technical or business role with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
