What You Will Do1.Develops, documents, and maintains the new projects for assigned New Product Development, Manufacturing Process Design, and continuous Improvement projects.2.Product feasibility review with x-functional team.Build BOM, product specification, FMEA, drawing, components specification, tolerance and FEA analysis; 3.Build engineering sample and product qualification.Conducts DV, PV test plan, in detailed destructive analysis and failure analysis of products.4.Conducts first trial run and mass production introduction.5.Support customer meetings from technical aspects.6.Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO), Environmental and Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems. Initiatives by following stated policies and procedures.7.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)1.Bachelor’s Degree.Able to communicate in English both written and verbally2D/3D skillsStrong customer relationship skillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively influence co-workers, management, and external contacts to drive positive outcomes to situations.Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities among assigned projects.Individual to anticipate, plan, prioritize, and monitor workload.Proactive, and able to demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency.Effective communication and presentation skills.
