This role focuses on improving manufacturing processes and product quality through data-driven analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Collect and analyze production data to identify root causes of issues and propose corrective actions. Support continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and product quality. Work closely with teams across different departments, including Quality, Production, and Design, to implement solutions effectively. Assist in new product introduction and process validation activities. QualificationsREQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field. 1–3 years of experience in product, process or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. PREFERRED:Basic understanding of statistical process control and continuous improvement concepts. SKILLS:Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with basic knowledge of root cause analysis. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar) is a plus.
