GPH Ispat Limited is looking for Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Electrical Maintenance(Rolling, CCM & WTP)Job Description / ResponsibilityUnderstand process and instrumentation diagram (P & ID) & single line diagram of Rolling Mill.Acquire process knowledge through studying manual.Responsible for Shutdown/Breakdown job execution.Ensure troubleshooting of critical problems, preventive and regular maintenance of electrical departmentCheck all the electrical parameters of the respective area of Rolling Mill, CCM & WTP at the beginning of the shift for smooth working of the plant & take corrective action if any deviation found.Check the shift log book of the previous shift and assign the pending job to shift personal and ensure that the jobs are completed in time.Attend to electrical breakdown in the shift on priority basis & submit analysis report.Assign job to shift personnel and follow up and ensure that jobs are completed in the shift if not completed then mention it in log book for the next shift to complete the job.Ensure that Preventive maintenance is done as per schedule decided.Discussion with shift personnel about the performance and productivity of machines.Give feedback to area in-charge about the condition of the equipment so that maintenance activities can be planned accordingly in the general shift.Follow up safety related tasks like PPE (Personal protective Equipment), Work permit, ensuring safe environment, safety talk at the beginning of the shift.Participate in the schedule maintenance activities.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic EngineeringSkills Required: WTP, Steel Rolling Mill.Experience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):SteelJob LocationChattogram (Sitakunda)
