Job SummaryDrive sales growth of thermal analysis and rheology instruments.Target industries: polymers, plastics, cement & construction, chemicals, coatings, and research institutes.Collaborate with technical teams to deliver complete solutions.General Responsibilities Sales & Business DevelopmentMeet/exceed sales targets.Identify new opportunities and manage full sales cycle.Maintain pipeline via CRM tools. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with R&D centers, universities, QC labs, etc.Understand needs and propose solutions.Conduct visits and follow-ups. Product Demonstration & Technical Support (Pre-Sales)Work with specialists for demos and trials.Communicate technical benefits clearly. Market Intelligence & StrategyTrack trends and competitors.Support marketing strategies and attend events. Internal CollaborationCoordinate with service, application, and marketing teams.Provide field feedback for improvement.Functional Skills And Knowledge Experience: 2–3 years in scientific instrument sales; familiarity with thermal analysis, rheology, XRF, XRD, etc.Skills:Technical: Material characterization, product presentations, CRM tools.Soft: Communication, negotiation, customer focus, independence, and travel readiness.Good listening, speaking, reading, writing English. Computer skill EducationDegree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Polymer Science, or related.
