Job DescriptionPosition Details: The practices are to repair and inspect Masimo productsReceive calls from dealer/distributor relative to the complaint their customers are facing Take actions to solve for unresolved problems, common problems and product problem such like test, approach headquarter escalation co-working with QA/QC and product marketing teamResponsible of the calibration and maintenance activities of local testing equipment & toolsPlans and implements the maintenance opeations of networked based systems, including configuring, supporting/troubleshooting system problems, coordinating with Masimo OEM partners, vendors or hospital staff (nursing, doctors, maintenance, IT and biomedical) Communicate with our global counterparts maily via emails Support manager whenever neededQualificationsFluent in local languageMust be conversant in basic English (read, write, speak)Must have a minimum of 3 years of Devices’ Technical support or Field Service experiencePreferredMedical device experience preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, UNIX (Solaris) and Linux operating systemsredExtensive knowledge of networking using TCP/IP protocol in Enterprise environmentCCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalentDepth Network knowledge and experience preferredBasic electrical and electronic engineering knowledge (hardware) preferred
