They also may support the test development of the test equipment and processes to ensure robust and high quality test solutions and final products are realized.Detailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:Analysis the machine capacity based on MPP data feed from production planner teamProvide the short and long terms solution plans to handle the IC programs operationProactively action plan to prevention the IC quality issuesPromotion to the automatic IC programmingGreat communication skills for both Internal and External teamsParticipate the cot saving projects and support DL daily kaizen projectManaging a group of TechnicianAble to work and support production team leaderProblems solving leadKnowledge/Skills/CompetenciesElectronics Manufacturing ProcessSPI flash, EEPROM, PM Bus, MCU programming knowledgeIC program low level knowledgeUnderstanding the digital files formatsData Analysis using the 6 sigma toolsKnown the IC program hardwareExperiencing the NPI, part qualification, pass / fail criteria, YieldsPerform the component failure and problem solvingCommit to Success and Speak upTypical ExperienceMinimum 4 years of working experience in ICT Test Development in Electronics industryExperience in large-scale In-circuit MFG ICT test developmentTypical EducationBachelor degree or higher in electronics engineering and relate degree5 years’ experience in manufacturing processNotesThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
