Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engineer, based in Faridabad with some flexibility for remote work. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing systems and components for hydropower projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing engineering drawings, conducting technical analyses, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver turnkey project solutions. The role involves hands-on problem-solving and collaboration to meet project timelines and specifications. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.Proficiency in CAD software, technical drawing, and design tools.Experience in project management, team coordination, and task scheduling.Knowledge of hydropower systems, hydraulic turbines, and electromechanical equipment is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Good communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
