Our people are our greatest strength, and we’re excited to see what unique perspectives and skills you could bring. We are currently looking for a Prompt Engineer — a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a solid background in functional and business analysis.

What You’ll Be DoingAnalyze business requirements to create detailed feature descriptions, ensuring they are Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, and Testable (INVEST principles);Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate communication, understand needs, and translate them into clear technical specifications;Develop comprehensive functional and technical documentation to guide developers across all stages of development;Utilize generative AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of software delivery processes, ensuring all outputs meet the required standards;Work closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, QA engineers, and product managers—to ensure cohesive project delivery;Participate in design and code reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications and Required SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field, Computer Science, or Economics;Minimum 4 years of experience writing functional analyses in software development contexts;Proven ability to break down complex business requirements into actionable tasks using INVEST principles;Proficiency with generative AI tools and their integration into development workflows;Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders;Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian is considered an asset.
