The role involves assisting the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, ensuring proper documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication with Italian-speaking stakeholders.
🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling SAP project activities. Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk registers. Organise and document project meetings, follow up on action items, and track deliverables. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and progress reports for management and stakeholders. Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement activities. Ensure adherence to project governance processes and quality standards. Coordinate between functional consultants, technical teams, and business users. Translate or summarize documentation and communications between Italian and English, as needed. 🛠️ Required Skills & Experience2+ years experience as PMO, Project Coordinator, or similar role (SAP project experience preferred).
Familiarity with SAP environments and project lifecycle. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills in Italian (native/advanced) and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e. g. , MS Project, Jira). Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. ⭐ Preferred Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of SAP modules or previous SAP implementation project exposure. Understanding of ITIL, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
