We are looking for a Platform Operation Engineer to provide technical support for Mobile VAS and Messaging platforms. Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical support for VAS platforms and messaging services. Conduct troubleshooting, performance analysis, and system tuning. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure service reliability and efficiency. Support incident resolution and contribute to continuous service improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Platforms: VPBX, TGDSNetwork & Directory Services: IMS, DNS, LDAPExperience in Telco environments and operational support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. On-call Availability: On request, for critical events
