Job Description
Hands-on coordination across design, QA/QC, estimating and productionDefence and manufacturing projects with a global backingStructured mentorship & strong cultureBuild it. Coordinate it. See it come to life.If you’re the kind of person who likes seeing how ideas move, from drawing to delivery, this is the kind of place where that happens every day. Here, engineering and production live under the same roof. Designs don’t get sent off to disappear into the ether- they’re built, tested, refined, and improved right where they’re created. You’ll work alongside a team who take pride in doing things properly.Where collaboration isn’t a catchphrase, it’s part of how things get made. And because this team is backed by a global network, you’ll have the structure, systems, and support of a bigger business, without losing that small-team energy where everyone knows your name.About The OpportunityThis is a role that sits at the heart of how things get built. You’ll be the one who keeps the moving parts in sync, connecting design, production, quality, and delivery so projects flow the way they should.Your days will be varied, estimating one moment, reviewing drawings the next, then walking through the workshop to make sure materials, schedules, and QA checks are lining up.You’ll spot bottlenecks before they happen, solve challenges on the fly, and keep everyone. From clients to production. It’s a role for someone who likes being across everything. Someone who thrives when no two days look the same, and who finds satisfaction in seeing plans turn into physical results.Sound like you? We thought so.About YouYou’re organised, curious, and love understanding how things fit together. You’ve spent a few years in engineering or manufacturing, enough to know what it takes to move a project from an idea to something tangible. You’re the person who can read a drawing, talk to a fabricator, and check the numbers, all before lunch. You think ahead, communicate clearly, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty when something needs sorting. You’ve likely had exposure to estimating or cost analysis, materials planning, QA/QC processes, and coordinating with production teams to keep schedules on track. You know your way around CAD models, production documentation, and project tracking tools, and can communicate comfortably with engineers, trades, and suppliers alike. You’re detail-focused when reviewing drawings or quality standards, but you can also step back and see the bigger picture, how timelines, budgets, and deliverables connect.About The BusinessThis Australian manufacturer delivers high-performance engineered solutions across Defence, transport, and industrial projects.Design, production, and testing all happen side by side, giving engineers and coordinators a rare chance to see their work come to life from concept to completion. It’s a close-knit engineering and production team backed by a global group with serious capability. That means security, growth, and resources, but also an environment where people support each other, share knowledge, and take pride in the work they do.Here, good work is recognised, development is encouraged, and flexibility isn’t a slogan, it’s how they keep great people long-term. You’ll find stability, mentorship, and the opportunity to really grow. The Next StepsInterested? Click Apply to be considered immediately. Not quite ready or want to know more?
