The Head of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Daily tasks include addressing employee concerns, conducting performance reviews, and supporting strategic HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
