Key connecting role across the organisation Leverage your 3 Waters experience to shape the future of water servicesOpportunity to grow your mentoring and coaching skills This is a full time position of 40 hours per weekThe remuneration range for this role is $117,099 to $165,316 p.a (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experienceThe opportunityThe Engineering Lead provides strategic and technical leadership to ensure the planning and early design of resilient, high-performing, and fit-for-purpose water infrastructure across the region. This role leads the Engineering Services Networks team in delivering investigations and studies that inform investment decisions and support Wellington Water’s long-term strategic outcomes.You will competently be able to lead through change as we experience transition into the establishment of a new water entity. This is a time of significant growth as we build our in-house capability and grow our programme of work.
