Owning the responsibility of the leadership and development of associates.About The RoleNekatere glavne aktivnosti, ki jih boste izvajali:Odgovornost za razvoj tehnične strateške usmeritve (CAPEX načrt, rekapitalizacija opreme, proračun ipd.) in nadzor nad njegovo izvedbo.Zagotavljanje razpoložljivosti kompetentnih, visoko učinkovitih ljudi ter razvoj nabora talentov.Odgovornost za osebni in strokovni razvoj ter razvoj sodelavcev.Komuniciranje vizije in vrednot podjetja; vzpostavljanje in upravljanje dobrih odnosov s poslovnimi partnerji.Tesno sodelovanje z lokalnimi in globalnimi inženirskimi projektnimi ekipami.Pripravljenost na presoje za oddelek inženiringa (procesi, aktivnosti).Zagotavljanje tehničnega usposabljanja inženirskega osebja: učni načrti, izvedba usposabljanj.Priprava mesečnih inženirskih poročil s ključnimi KPI (CAPEX, vzdrževanje, HSE in kakovost).Član vodstvene ekipe ter regionalne vodstvene ekipe za inženiring.Odgovornost za tehnično razpoložljivost, zanesljivost in stanje proizvodnih obratov.Določitev in izvedba strategije ter programa vzdrževanja in proračuna.Razvoj, spremljanje in izboljševanje KPI za vzdrževanje in kalibracije.Odgovornost za vodenje/izvedbo manjših naložbenih projektov na lokaciji.Lokacija: SlovenijaZahteveDiploma iz inženiringa oz. druge primerne tehnične smeri.Vodstvene izkušnje v inženirskem oddelku v eni od naslednjih panog: farmacevtska, biotehnološka, živilska in pijač, avtomobilska, kemična.Močne veščine vodenja ljudi z mentorskim/coachinškim pristopom.Zmožnost dela v kompleksnem in visoko reguliranem okolju.Tekoče znanje angleščine in slovenščine."Prijavljate se za vključitev v Novartis Talent Pool. Ensure availability of competent, high performing people and develop the talent pool. Responsibility for personal and professional development and the development of the associates. Communicate company vision and values; establish and manage good relationships with business partners. Strong collaboration with the local and global project engineering teams. Inspection readiness of Engineering department (processes, activities). Ensure technical training of Engineering personnel: training curricula, training execution. Prepare monthly engineering reports with key KPIs (Capex, Maintenance, HSE and Quality). Member of the leadership team as well as the regional engineering leadership team. Responsible for the technical availability, reliability and condition of the production plants. Define and implement maintenance strategy and program and budget. Develop, monitor and improve KPI for maintenance & calibration. Responsible for the management/execution of small site investment projects.Location: Slovenia.Requirements Engineering Degree. Previous experience in a Leadership role within the Engineering department of one of the following industries: Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Food & beverage, Automotive, Chemical. Strong people management skills with a mentorship/coaching approach. Able to work in a complex and highly compliant environment.
