Then join us!What your work will look like: Lead a team of mostly senior software developers and play a pivotal role in guiding them to success. Be responsible for developing and enhancing our existing Ruby systems and running these in AWS. Ensure seamless collaboration and communication between the other teams in the organisation – mostly engineering teams and the product manager, but also occasionally with other stakeholders. You will be involved in all phases of software development, from design and implementation to maintenance and documentation. Assist and advise your colleagues in the creation of concepts and ideas. Mentor and provide guidance when and where it makes sense, nurturing a culture of growth and excellence within the team. What you need to be successful in this role: 3+ years of experience in software development. 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager, team lead or a similar role with strong leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support. You possess the ability to see the big picture and make strategic decisions that align with the long-term goals of our projects. Expertise in AWS technologies. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
