ManagementServe as a servant leader to support the teamEvaluate team and individual performance and facilitate professional growth through feedback and mentoringRecruiting new engineering talent - onboarding2. Improve Development ProcessesDevelop and execute engineering strategies, plans and roadmaps that align with company vision and goalsManage design, development and testing to meet quality standards, best practices and customer requirementsManage resources and project timelinesContinuously improve engineering processes and tools to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity3. People ManagementWork with cross-functional teams including product management, stakeholders, and designers to align goals and deliverables4.
