Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a dedicated development teamEnsure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with usersDesign and implement scalable, high-performance architectureSolving complex problems with innovative solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems.Requirements-At least 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.Demonstrated leadership experience in development teamsStrong business and product understandingAbility to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environmentsHands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environmentsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsStrong proficiency in Java Spring – AdvantageExperience with Backend Development.Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systemsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies.Experience in utilizing GenAI practices in the SDLC – advantage.Apply now to lead a team that shapes the future of field management systems!We hire for various positions within the company, with some roles offered through outsourcing.
