Engineering Manager

Job Title: Engineering ManagerLocation: Yanbu, KSAIndustry: EPC - based project (1 year contract)About the Role: You will lead all engineering and design aspects of the project, ensuring work aligns with schedules and technical specifications. You will coordinate with contractors, Owner Engineer, government authorities, and other stakeholders, while supporting procurement, construction, and testing & commissioning activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead design and engineering activities across the project lifecycleReview, approve, and manage engineering documents and design submissionsCoordinate with contractors, Owner Engineer, and authorities for timely project deliveryProvide technical solutions for design/engineering issuesSupport procurement, construction, and testing & commissioning with engineering inputsEnsure compliance with international standards and KSA-specific codesRequirements:Engineering degree (Electrical / Mechanical / Power preferred)Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years managing engineering for wind projects, MV/HV substations, or grid interfacesHands-on experience with EPC project processes and stakeholder managementProficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management softwareFluent in English; KSA code knowledge is a plusSelf-motivated and able to work in remote locations
