Engineering Manager

You’ll work closely with other Engineering Managers and our CTO to align technical execution with business strategy while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.What You'll DoLead & mentor cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a high-performance, psychologically safe environment.Drive technical excellence by ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable software development.Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to develop solutions that enhance the CtrlPrint platform.Champion agile development and modern engineering best practices, ensuring efficient workflows.Recruit and retain top talent, supporting career development and growth within the team.Align engineering execution with CtrlPrint’s strategic objectives, including growth in new markets and evolving regulatory needs.What You BringProven leadership experience in managing and scaling engineering teams.Strong technical background in SaaS product development, with experience in modern web technologies, cloud-based infrastructure, and security best practices.Deep understanding of agile methodologies, continuous delivery, and DevOps culture.Passion for fostering a culture of learning, psychological safety, and engineering excellence.A strategic mindset—able to balance short-term execution with long-term vision.Experience with data-driven decision-making, reliability engineering, and scalable architectures is a plus.What We OfferFounded 25 years ago, we have the stability and expertise of an established company—but at our core, we are entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and constantly evolving.
