If you're a strategic leader passionate about technical excellence and team development, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact!Job DescriptionAs an Engineering Manager, you will be taking a leading role in the definition and deployment of processes and methodologies in the field of Digital IP Design.In your new role you will:Manage and develop a high-performing team of digital design engineers by fostering technical excellence, setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring ongoing skill development to meet organizational objectivesOversee the design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality digital IPs for automotive microcontrollers, adhering to stringent automotive and functional safety standards and meeting rigorous quality and reliability requirementsManage all phases of the digital design lifecycle, including architecture definition, RTL coding, synthesis, timing closure, and design verificationDrive innovation in IP design by incorporating the latest methodologies, tools, and technologies for efficiency and performance optimizationCollaborate with system architects, verification teams, physical design teams, and firmware/software teams to ensure seamless integration of IPs into the microcontroller ecosystemProactively identify and mitigate risks during the design process, ensuring adherence to milestones and budgets, while serving as the primary point of contact for IP-related requirements, risks, and status updatesProvide clear and regular communication on progress, challenges, and resource needs Your ProfileAs an Engineering Manager, you can inspire others and encourage them to achieve a common goal. You focus your efforts on finding solutions that create mutual benefits and provide value to all parties involved.
