Engineering & Architecture (70%), People & Project Management (30%)Technical LeadershipDesign, implement, and optimize backend services using Java / Spring / KotlinLead system architecture discussions and drive technical direction for the Security Domain (QR Code, Shorten URL, Static Application Security Testing Tool)Review code, ensure coding standards, and maintain system qualityCollaborate with Korean HQ teams to align technology and roadmapImprove system scalability, performance, and reliabilityPeople & Project ManagementManage and coach 10+ engineers (BE + FE) across domainsSet and evaluate team goals, individual OKRs/KPIsLead sprint planning, delivery tracking, and code review cultureFoster a growth-oriented, ownership-driven engineering cultureProcess & DeliveryPlan and deliver quarterly domain goals (security product rollout, feature releases, etc.)Track progress using measurable KPIs (velocity, release quality, incident rate, etc.)Communicate effectively across teams (Product, QA, Infra, and Korean stakeholders)Your Background8+ years of backend development experience (Java / Spring Framework)Proven hands-on experience with high-traffic distributed systems2+ years of people management or team leadership experienceStrong understanding of system design, scalability, and reliabilityGood English communication skills (Korean is a plus)Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and result orientationIt’s a Big Plus If YouExperience with security-related backend systems (OAuth, SSO, encryption, audit logs, etc.)Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, RedisPrevious experience working with Korean companiesComfortable in both hands-on coding and people managementPMP(Project Management Professional) certificationFrom Solid Welfare Programs To Autonomy Over Working Time And Place, We Create The Culture In Which We Work.
