For the first 3+ months, your focus will be hands-on development: understanding our systems, our domain, and how our teams deliver software. This is a critical phase to build credibility, context, and technical ownership before taking on broader leadership responsibilities.This role is perfect for someone who leads by example — someone who believes that great engineering leadership starts with strong engineering.
