Engineering Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or equivalent skills and experience required. • Minimum 5 years in engineering management, preferably in the electronics manufacturing or EMS industry • Experience in high mix/low-mid volume production of PCBA’s and Box Build Products. • Experience with assembly process evaluation, control, and validation, PFMEA, SPC, and first article process controls, Design of Experiments (DOE), Design for Manufacturability (DFM). • Knowledge of Manufacturing Process Management Software Program Applications, Computer Aided Design (CAD) or similar programs is highly desirable. •Visa •Advanced English, BIlingual preferred
