The successful candidate will take over from a long-standing member due to retirement, ensuring a seamless transition and continued operational success.Key Responsibilities:- Provide functional leadership and technical assurance to support our plants' safe, reliable, and profitable performance.- Ensure the integrity and reliability of the plants through excellence in engineering disciplines.- Lead asset and integrity engineering studies, scope management, and be the skill pool lead for hard engineering within the organization.- Develop and execute a Multi-Year Engineering Plan, incorporating life-time extension plans for equipment.- Manage a diverse team of 50 employees, maintaining a focus on professional development and engineering excellence.Requirements:- Minimum of 15 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles within the petrochemical industry, with proven leadership skills.- Advanced knowledge in mechanical or process engineering.- Exceptional skills in asset integrity, process engineering, and managing complex settings.- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.- Fluent in risk-based thinking, problem analysis, and possessing a visionary outlook towards future engineering challenges and innovations.This role is crucial for our organization's continued success and innovation.
