About the Role: As a hands-on Engineering Manager at Ledgy, you'll shape how thousands of employees worldwide experience equity ownership. Leading a team of 4-6 exceptional engineers, you'll balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership, helping transform complex equity management into intuitive, empowering experiences.
