DescriptionEngineer with extensive experience in managing capital investment projects and supporting manufacturing sites with their utility infrastructure. Should have strong background in civil and mechanical engineering, combined with experience in managing multiple stakeholders at different locations.The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, effectively navigating cultural differences and aligning diverse teams toward common goals.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master’s Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.· 7+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing projects and cross-functional teams.· Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.· Proficiency in managing budgets and financial forecasting.· Experience in a multicultural environment and understanding of global business practices.· Willingness to be on-site in Rewari 2-3 days a week and travel as needed for project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage project plans, schedules, business cases, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder requirements.Portfolio Management: Develop and manage the regional capital investment portfolio and facilitate the corporate approval process.Utility Asset Management: Define investments needed to maintain business continuity, improve asset effectiveness, and ensure operational excellence of utility infrastructure.·Stakeholder Management: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders across various sites and countries. Facilitate regular communication to ensure project goals are understood and met, through corporate defined KPIs.Cross-Cultural Leadership: Lead and motivate diverse teams in different locations, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts in a culturally sensitive manner.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success. Monitor project health and proactively address challenges.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and documentation to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.Resource Allocation: Define resource requirements for projects across multiple sites, leveraging key stakeholder to ensure the right people are in place to meet project needs and timelines.Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, maintaining high quality and performance levels.Quality Assurance: Collaborate directly with internal quality personnel to design and implement projects to meet quality and regulatory requirements of the relevant nutrition and pharmaceutical industries.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance manufacturing and/or project delivery.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & Development
