With continued investment across their manufacturing network, the business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver key site and network improvement projects.About the roleReporting to the Engineering or Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery across a range of capital, process improvement, and infrastructure initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible outcomes that enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.Key responsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle from concept, design, and procurement through to commissioning and handover.Develop business cases, budgets, and timelines while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within cost.Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet operational and technical requirements.Identify and implement process improvements that optimise plant reliability, throughput, and energy efficiency.Ensure compliance with all HSE and food safety standards during project execution.Prepare and present progress reports, capital justifications, and post-implementation reviews.About youTertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related discipline.Proven experience managing capital or process improvement projects within a food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environment.Strong project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and relevant safety standards.Hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.What’s on offerA key role in a growing, well-invested manufacturing business.Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.Opportunity to influence significant capital programs and shape future site capability.Supportive culture with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and professional development.
