Engineering Proposal Lead

What You Will DoAs a Proposal Lead, you’ll support our Account Executives and Application Engineers during the design and proposal phase of Fire Detection projects. You’ll help validate technical assumptions, prepare cost estimates, and create customer proposals. You’ll also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Account Executives with detailed estimating and client presentations.Mentor engineers on fire detection/alarm systems and ensure quality standards.Prepare proposals including take-offs, specification reviews, and special quotes.Review documents and respond promptly to requests.Collaborate with sales, project managers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.Interpret engineering drawings and follow standardized design procedures.What We Look ForEducation in electrical, mechanical, or other technical field.Working knowledge of English and conversational Dutch (technical Dutch is not required).Previous work experience with fire detection/alarm systems.Good organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects.Nice To HaveAutoCAD experience.Our BenefitsBesides a very pleasant and international work environment Johnson Controls offers various opportunities for future growth, a competitive salary, regular monthly bonus after 6 months of employment, fully covered meal vouchers, monthly free workplace massage, winter vitamin package, onsite FIT days and a flexible benefit allowance so you can choose to tailor the rest of the benefits to suit your individual needs.You will be based in Johnson Controls offices in the vibrant city center close to the river and Eurovea shopping center.
