About the jobThe Engineering Services Manager will oversee Test and Product Development operations, ensuring technical excellence, process efficiency, and effective collaboration across engineering, R&D, and production teams. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, focusing on process standardization, team development, and cross-department coordination.Main ResponsibilitiesWrite and update the Operating Procedures of the Test and Product Development Services Department.Responsible for Test and Product Development project management, including support for offers, project transfer, and coordination of troubleshooting.Support Test Engineers in designing Test Systems (ICT & FCT) and programming systems.Support Engineers and the Production team in defining maintenance plans for ICT & FCT test systems.Analyze engineering process data and testing reports.Establish training programs for Test Engineers and R&D Engineers.Coordinate with other departments such as Tool Shop and IT to ensure integration across the entire Test and QDM systems.Support R&D Engineers in analyzing customer requirements, providing technical consultation, and calculating customer development projects.Conduct design reviews with PCB Designers, Test Engineers, and the Hardware team.Review programming work from Software R&D Engineers (firmware, bootloader, driver, etc.).Control documentation for all phases of Test and Product Development projects (requirements, design specifications, verification, etc.).Supervise Test and Product Development staff to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and labor regulations.Assist the Personnel Department in manpower selection and staff recruitment.Liaise with Management on personnel policies related to manpower planning, recruitment, grievance handling, and discipline enforcement.Perform any other duties as required by the MD/OD.Key RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.Good command of English (both written and spoken).ExperienceAt least 5–7 years of experience in Test Engineering, Product Development, or related areas.Proven experience in project management and team leadership.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of ICT, FCT test systems, hardware and software integration.Proficient in test system design, programming (firmware, bootloader, drivers, etc.), and troubleshooting.Ability to analyze engineering process data and testing reports.Management & LeadershipExperience in defining maintenance plans, documentation control, and implementation of company policies.Strong skills in training program development and team capability building.Ability to support recruitment, manpower planning, and personnel development.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.Good organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
