Supervise the engineering team in the effective completion of their duties. Work with other operational departments to ensure that they have all required engineering support to perform their duties. Check air conditioning, water, fire safety systems of the hotel and maintain them according to required standards. Close coordinate with all other departments of the hotel to maintain their equipment in day-to-day operation. Supervise work of external contractors on behalf of the hotel. Support external inspectors in the execution of their inspections. QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field). Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and energy management practices. Familiarity with resort or hotel engineering operations is an added advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role (preferably in a resort or hotel). Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining generators, desalination plants, chillers, water treatment, and electrical systems.
