Company DescriptionTime for English San Fernando is an established English academy with extensive experience in language education. We cater to learners of all ages, from four-year-old children to adults, and specialize in preparing students for official Cambridge exams up to C1 level. Our highly qualified and experienced native-level teachers provide fully immersive classes conducted entirely in English. The curriculum includes all aspects of language learning—reading, writing, listening, speaking, and grammar—while also incorporating engaging activities like songs, games, and cultural exploration.Role DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons for students of various age groups, from young learners to adults. This includes preparing students for Cambridge exams up to C1 level, and improving their language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Teachers will utilize a range of activities and methodologies to foster a fun and immersive learning environment. This is a part-time, on-site position located in San Fernando, Cádiz. This role will be 2 days per week (Monday and Wednesday) from 16:00 - 21:00, making a total of 10 hours per week, with the potential for more hours (up to 20 per week, over 4 days Monday-Thursday) depending on demand. This would be a great opportunity for English teachers already living in the area.QualificationsLegal right to live and work in SpainNative-level English language, Spanish language not required but is a plusAt least 2 years experience in Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign LanguageProficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design engaging and effective lesson materialsFamiliarity or certification in Cambridge exam preparationStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies for different age groups and skill levelsRelevant teaching certification, such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTADegree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is not required but is a plusPassion for teaching and the ability to foster an enjoyable and immersive learning environmentExperience working with children, teens, and adults is a plus
