Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an English Customer Assistance Agent. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring positive customer experiences. The agent will be responsible for maintaining clear and professional communication in English, actively working to improve customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other teams to deliver efficient support.
