The role involves providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.Requirements:D3/S1 degree holder.Have Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good proficiency in English is a MUST, minimum B2 level.Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
