Role Description This is a full-time English Customer Support role in the Airlines industry based on-site in Giza. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to airline services, handling customer complaints promptly and professionally, and supporting the resolution of issues. Responsibilities include providing accurate information, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services where appropriate. The selected candidate will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and align with company standards. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively addressing customer inquiries and building rapport.Knowledge and experience in the Airlines and Aviation industries to understand and resolve customer concerns efficiently.Sales skills to identify and promote additional service opportunities beneficial to customers.Patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver high-quality service.Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work on-site in Giza and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules, processes, and customer demands.
