Join us to be part of a forward-thinking company that offers vast opportunities for growth and development in a diverse and inclusive culture.Job DescriptionDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.Communicate product goals, progress, and risks to stakeholders.Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.Oversee post-launch activities, including bug fixes and performance monitoring.Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.Work with SREs to maintain system reliability, scalability, and incident management.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive product improvements.The Successful ApplicantBasic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python, React) and system architecture (APIs, microservices, databases, cloud).Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and project execution.Strong ability to define API requirements and assess technical feasibility.Conflict resolution and stakeholder management across business and engineering teams.Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize tasks.Problem-solving mindset to balance business objectives with technical constraints.Strong leadership and team motivation skills in cross-functional environments.What's on OfferWorking time: 09:00-17:30Hybrid working styleContact: Jeff LiaoQuote job ref: JN-062025-6765295
