They value talent that thrives in dynamic environments and are committed to building a sustainable and future-focused technology platform.[Role & Responsibilities]You will be instrumental in shaping our web presence, taking the lead on developing and refining both existing Vue.js applications and building new, high-performance interfaces using React/Next.js. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions while continuously improving our architecture and performance standards.Main tasks include:- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Vue.js (Nuxt.js) and React (Next.js).- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and performance across browsers and devices.- Write clean, testable, and modular code following modern JavaScript standards (ES6+).- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests for frontend components.- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.- Optimize builds and CI/CD workflows for efficient deployments.- Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance code quality, speed up debugging, and improve productivity.- Stay up to date with modern frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.Requirements- 4+ years of professional frontend development experience.- Strong proficiency in both Vue.js (Nuxt.js) and React (Next.js).- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Vitest, Cypress).- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations.- Experience using Git and working in Agile development teams.- Business-level English communication skills.- TypeScript experience is a plus.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control best practices is advantageous.- Experience with accessibility and internationalization (i18n) is beneficial.■IndustrySoftware, ERP, BI, CRM, Web Application, Cloud (SaaS)■SalaryJPY 5,000,000 – JPY 7,000,000If you are interested in this exciting position, please be sure to send your latest CV to us.We look forward to your application.
