Join our dynamic team at TP Spain in vibrant Barcelona and work on our exciting roject!Role OverviewThe Co-host Onboarding Specialist is a key member of the sales team. In this dynamic position, your primary mission is to identify and convert top‑tier hosts into co‑hosts — local professionals who can support other property owners to monetize their homes. Through selling, relationship building, and a deep understanding of the market, you will drive the growth of a reliable co‑host community that elevates the overall supply and service quality.Success in this role requires a motivated, results-driven individual eager to shape the future of travel and property management.Key Responsibilities:Co-Host Acquisition and Relationship BuildingIdentify and engage potential co-hosts in strategic locationsUtilize multi-channel outreach (emails and phone) to educate prospects on the program's value and market trends.  Establish rapport and build trust with decision-makers and key stakeholdersDeliver consultative pitches and tailored solutions to prospective co-hosts, guiding them through the sign-up and onboarding process. Co-Host Network GrowthAssess potential pairing for local hosts and co-hosts based on their needsSupport the sign-up process of the co-host program. Pipeline Management Utilize Salesforce and other internal tools to manage leads, track progress and optimize client workflowsConsistently meeting or exceeding individual outreach goals, acquisition and engagement KPIsProvide regular updates, insights, and recommendations based on market feedback and client interactionsCollaboration and Continuous ImprovementActively champion the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to identify opportunities for account growth and product/process improvements. Collaborate closely with territory sales teams, program managers, and internal stakeholders to achieve team and company goals by refining best practices and delivering outstanding resultsStay current on industry trends and leverage new tools to maximize client successEngage actively in ongoing training, personal development, and knowledge sharingRequirements1-2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, and/or a related client-facing role.BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experienceC2 level of EnglishOutstanding communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsProven record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneouslyExcellent written, verbal, and phone communication abilitiesDesirable skills:Expertise in Salesforce (SFDC), Mixmax, and or other customer success platforms and toolsBackground in hospitality, property management, or similar industries is preferredProcess Excellence: Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and qualityEmotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing one's own emotions and the emotions of others to foster positive relationships and enhance the impact of actionsSolution Orientation: Approaching problems and challenges with a focus on finding practical and effective solutionsEntrepreneurship: Having a mindset characterized by innovation, creativity, risk-taking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identificationCollaboration: Effectively working with others to achieve common goalsCommunication: Exchanging information and ideas across various channelsOpen Mindedness: Appreciating diverse perspectives to foster collaborationCritical Thinking: Evaluating information for informed, data-driven decisionsBenefitsFull-time (39 hours/week) position in BarcelonaOffice-based role, with progressive course towards potential hybrid-modelSalary of 25.000,00 € gross/year + up to 5.000,00 € gross/year in performance bonusReferral Program: Earn up to €2,000 for bringing friends, depending on the language/projectContinuous skill development and certifications.
