Wat je gaat doenAs an Production Operator, you help produce sustainable raw materials for a leading international company in the agricultural sector. You work in a clean and organized workplace where hygiene and safety are very important.Your work is varied — part of it is manual, and part of it involves operating machines. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that the production runs smoothly every day.Your main tasks include:Supplying raw materials to the mixers.Monitoring different steps in the production process in the cleanroom.Operating simple packaging machines and checking that bags are filled correctly (2.5 kg).Recording and checking production data to ensure quality.Moving finished products using a trolley.Keeping your work area clean and tidy every day.You work in a 2-shift system, in a small team where everyone helps each other and quality comes first.Wat we je biedenWe believe that hard work deserves good conditions and appreciation.You can expect:A starting salary of €3,466 gross per month (based on 40 hours, including 2-shift allowance and year-end bonus).25 paid holidays and 8.33% holiday allowance per year.Travel cost compensation (up to 50 km round trip).A clean, modern, and safe workplace.A friendly and supportive team where your effort is noticed.A stable, full-time job with the chance of a long-term contract.Functie-eisenYou are a reliable and motivated person who enjoys working in production and being part of a team.
