Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an English Supervisor located in Erbil. The English Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the English language department, developing and implementing curriculum standards, and providing mentorship and support to teachers. This role involves evaluating and enhancing teaching methodologies, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring students receive high-quality English education. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions for teachers, monitoring student progress, and engaging with parents and guardians regarding their child's development. Qualifications Strong English language proficiency, Writing, and Communication skillsExperience in curriculum development and instructional designSupervisory experience and Teacher mentorship capabilitiesAbility to work collaboratively with staff, students, and guardiansExcellent organizational and leadership skillsA degree in Education, English, or a related fieldIB curriculum knowledge is a plusExperience in an international or multicultural educational environment is beneficial
