About BluelingoLIVEBluelingoLIVE is a modern online English learning platform helping students and professionals speak English confidently in real-life situations.We focus on:Live interactive classesSmall group sessions (max 3 students)1:1 coachingPractical communication (not just grammar)Our mission is simple: help learners speak with clarity, confidence, and real-world fluency.Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and engaging English Teacher / Coach to deliver high-quality live online classes to regular learners.This is not a traditional lecture-based teaching role.We are looking for someone who:Loves conversation-based learningGives clear, structured feedbackEncourages students to speak more than the teacherYou will teach individuals and small groups, follow the Bluelingo curriculum (CEFR-based), and help students improve their speaking, pronunciation, grammar, and confidence.ResponsibilitiesDeliver live online English classes (1:1 and small groups of max 3 students)Follow the Bluelingo structured curriculum (A1–B2+)Focus on speaking, pronunciation, grammar in context, and vocabulary buildingProvide constructive feedback and correctionTrack student progressMaintain a professional and supportive learning environmentBe punctual and prepared for every sessionCommunicate clearly with the Bluelingo teamFor full-time teachers:May assist in curriculum developmentMay help with conversation clubs or special workshopsWork SchedulePart-Time Option:4 hours per day (flexible shifts)Full-Time Option:8 hours per dayClasses are scheduled based on student demand.QualificationsRequired:Strong English fluency (C1–C2 level)TEFL / TESOL certification (or equivalent)Experience teaching English online or offlineExcellent communication skillsStable internet connectionProfessional camera and audio setupComfortable using Zoom or similar platformsPreferred:Experience teaching adultsFamiliarity with CEFR systemExperience teaching Business EnglishExperience with small group teachingCoaching mindset (not just teaching mindset)Ideal Candidate ProfileYou are:Energetic and engagingPatient but structuredProfessional and reliablePassionate about helping students speak confidentlyOpen to feedback and continuous improvementCompensationCompetitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications).Paid per available hour.Details discussed during interview.Why Join Bluelingo?Structured curriculum providedSmall group teaching (no large classes)Growth opportunity as the platform expandsProfessional and supportive environmentFlexible remote workHow to ApplyApply on LinkedIn and send us at hr@gobluelingo.com :Your CVShort introduction video (2–3 minutes) explaining your teaching philosophy, your experience and why you want to join BluelingoTeaching certificationAvailability (Part-time or Full-time)
